Copello have partnered with an established Defence Engineering business in the recruitment of a Business Integration Project Manager. This is an opportunity to play a key role in driving complex integration programmes following strategic acquisitions, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful organisational change.

What you’ll do

Lead the planning and execution of post-acquisition business integration projects.

*

Coordinate cross-functional teams across areas such as IT, Finance, Operations and Compliance.

*

Manage project scope, risks, timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery.

*

Act as a central point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing clear updates and strategic insight.

*

Support alignment of processes, systems and organisational objectives during integration.

What you’ll bring

*

Proven experience delivering business or M&A integration projects.

*

Strong project management skills and understanding of structured delivery methodologies.

*

Experience working with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.

*

Commercial awareness and strong communication skills.

*

Background within defence, engineering or regulated environments beneficial but not essential.
