We are seeking a reliable Customer Support Operative with a strong trade background such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, or general maintenance to join our team. This is a hands-on, field-based role that involves regular travel across the UK, with accommodation provided. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of installation, maintenance, and repair tasks on both commercial and residential sites. They will be expected to deliver high-quality workmanship across various trades, liaise professionally with clients and site contacts, work independently or as part of a small team, and maintain accurate records of work completed.
About you:
The ideal candidate will have a proven background plus qualification in at least one trade, such as joinery, plumbing, electrical work, or general building, along with a good all-round knowledge of multiple trades. A full UK driving licence is essential, as the role requires flexibility to travel and stay away overnight. Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude are key to success in this position. A valid CSCS card is also essential for this role.
