We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Director to join our leadership team.

As the Commercial Director, you will report directly to the Branch Director and You will lead a team of highly skilled Account Executives, Your role will be pivotal in driving growth, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and grow a book of business, ensuring profitability and client retention.

* Provide strong leadership to a team of four Account Executives, fostering professional development and high performance.

* Develop and implement strategies to grow the commercial insurance portfolios.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and stakeholders.

* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

* Support the Branch Director in achieving business objectives and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in a senior insurance role

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

* Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.

* A track record of managing and growing a profitable book of business.

* Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to achieving targets.

* Relevant insurance qualifications (e.g., Cert CII, Dip CII) are desirable.
