Planner/Senior Planner (Town Planning) x2 ­– Central London – Residential, Commercial, Retail, Mixed-Use & Industrial.

Would you like to work for an established planning consultancy in Central London that can provide exposure to clients that are seen as the best in class as well as the opportunity to be part of a social and collaborative team?

My client is currently looking to make TWO hires at Planner/Senior Planner level; in this role, you will have access to projects across a multitude of sectors – residential, mixed-use, commercial, industrial and retail.

Key responsibilities:

* Prepare planning appraisals;

* Undertake research and analysis;

* Manage internal/external technical consultants;

* Manage a variety of planning applications;

* Attend client meetings.

Ideally, you will be a chartered member of the RTPI or currently on the APC pathway close to submission; whether you have private sector or public sector experience, my client would like to hear from you.
