We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager for a refurbishment project in Leeds.

? Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing day-to-day site operations for the refurbishment of a retail space

*

Managing subcontractors and ensuring work is delivered to high standards

*

Ensuring health & safety compliance and site documentation is maintained

*

Coordinating with project stakeholders to meet deadlines and quality targets

*

Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and managing site logistics

✅ Requirements:

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) – Essential

*

CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) Card – Essential

*

First Aid at Work – Essential

*

Proven experience managing fit-out/refurbishment projects, ideally within the retail sector

*

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
