Basic Salary: £28,600 + Bonus

Are you an enthusiastic, hard-working Service Advisor looking for a new opportunity within a reputable car dealership? We are seeking a motivated Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and support our busy service department.

As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive a smooth and efficient experience from booking to vehicle collection. We are looking for a team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in offering excellent customer care.

Key Responsibilities
·Arrange and manage service department bookings
·Ensure efficient workshop loading while meeting all customer requirements
·Upsell additional work, service plans, and special offers
·Maintain high service standards throughout the customer journey

Skills & Qualifications
·Previous experience as a Service Advisor is essential
·Knowledge of Kerridge, 1Link, Pinnacle, or a similar DMS system
·Proven track record of upselling
·Full UK manual driving licence (subject to licence check)
