About The Role

We’re looking for a Project Manager with a passion for turning ideas into impact and a talent for connecting people to deliver brilliant results. You’ll thrive on collaboration, clarity, and driving business success from concept to completion.

As our Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the successful delivery of cross-functional business projects. Acting as the central hub between stakeholders, IT, compliance, marketing, and finance, you’ll ensure every project is aligned, resourced, and executed with precision.

Working as part of a small, agile team, you’ll have the space to shape how things are done and the chance to make a real impact across the business.

What You Can Expect to Be Doing

You’ll get stuck into new ideas right from the start, working closely with teams to explore what’s possible, assess viability, and get the right people involved early on.

Creating detailed plans, spotting potential risks, and making sure everything’s set up for success will be your core focus.

Taking the reins on delivery, you’ll lead the day-to-day, keeping communication flowing, and removing roadblocks when they pop up.

You’ll keep a close eye on progress, gather feedback along the way, and adjust plans where needed to keep things moving.

When projects wrap up, you’ll share learnings, report on impact, and help turn insights into even better delivery next time.

A Few Things About You

We’re looking for someone with a solid track record of delivering cross-functional business projects, you’ll be well versed in project management with the core skills and tools to drive success.

You’re a natural communicator who builds strong relationships, keeps stakeholders in the loop, and brings people together to get things done.

You’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities and know how to keep teams focused and projects moving.

Strategic but hands-on, you bring structure where it’s needed and aren’t fazed by a bit of ambiguity. You’ve got a commercial mindset and a sharp eye for value, always thinking about the outcomes and what success really looks like.

You’re also tech-savvy enough to work confidently with IT teams, understand technical requirements, and use data and reporting tools to track progress and keep things on course.
