Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum + bonus (uncapped)

Location: Ringwood, Hampshire (Hybrid Working)

Hours: Full-Time, Monday – Friday

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Consultant to join a thriving team in Ringwood, Hampshire. As a leading broker in the non-standard home insurance market, they're committed to providing exceptional coverage to customers with complex needs.

Main Responsibilities:

* Sales: Convert inbound enquiries into sales by effectively communicating and addressing customer needs.

* Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to industry regulations and best practices.

* Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalised support and problem-solving.

Skills/Experience Required:

* Insurance Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales, with a preference for home insurance.

* Sales Skills: Proven ability to close deals and provide tailored solutions to customers.

* Organisation: Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

* Goal-Oriented: Drive to achieve and exceed performance targets.

* Team Player: Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.

* Motivated: Passion for helping customers and contributing to a growing business.
