Oaklands Global are currently recruiting a Cat A Engineer for our well-established aviation client based at Oxford Airport. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional, supportive team in a fast-paced MRO environment. You will play a key role in performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, supporting line maintenance, and assisting B1/B2 engineers, all while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory standards are met.

Responsibilities:

* Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on company aircraft

* Assist B1/B2 engineers with fault diagnosis and component changes

* Support line maintenance activities and ensure timely aircraft turnaround

* Maintain accurate maintenance records in line with CAA Part 145 requirements

* Ensure safety and quality standards are met at all times

Requirements:

* Valid UK CAA CAT A Licence

* Experience working on light jets or similar aircraft (Citation experience a plus)

* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced MRO environment

* Eligibility to work in the UK
