A leading food manufacturer are seeking a Business Analyst to join their IT team, you will pivotal in seeking and reviewing IT solutions and analysing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. If you're passionate about data, enjoy solving complex problems, and thrive in a collaborative setting, this could be the perfect role for you.

Salary £30,000 to £40,000 dependent on experience plus Benefits. 

What You Will Do:

- Analyse business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend optimised work flows to enhance productivity.

- Collaborate with process owners to document end-to-end processes and implement best practices.

- Work closely with the Data Engineering team to design data integration solutions that meet business needs.

- Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and leadership to translate requirements into actionable technical specifications.

- Develop reports and dashboards to monitor business process performance and provide insights for decision-making.

- Coordinate with IT and third-party vendors to ensure seamless system migrations and data integrity.
