T&K Associates are currently recruiting for a Welder to join our Client on a permanent basis in Shepshed.
Due to expansion of the business, this is an excellent opportunity for someone to join a small friendly team that have some fantastic growth plans.

Job Details;
* 31,200 per annum
* Annual bonus scheme taking salary up to £34,320
* Pay Review
* Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4:45pm and Friday 7:30am to 12:30pm
* 40 hour working week

Welder Role & Responsibilities include;
* Laser welding products (laser welding training will be provided).
* Completing Mig and Tig welding duties
* Completing some mechanical assembly
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
* Fabrication work on the products
* Quality checking the products
* Relaying build issues to the production manager
* Any other duties as required
Welder Person Specification;
* Welding experience is essential – previous experience using a Laser Welder is preferred but not essential.
* Certificate or evidence of Welding training is required.
* Knowledge of reading and interpreting engineering drawings
* A good team player
* Strong attention to detail
