The Position:
As a Senior BDM, you will have direct line management of two Sales Managers, this is a senior role within the business and portfolio. So, line management is crucial, as well as strategic direction, generating revenue yourself and leading the team.

You’ll be working alongside the Event Director and other senior members to drive new business forward, overcome challenges and create fresh ideas. We’re looking for someone to bring something different to the team.

They already have two great Sales Managers, and so, we’re not looking to add a third, we’re looking for something different!

We want someone creative, ambitious, driven and a winner.

This role is hybrid, 2 days in London, and one day from Coventry, or the other way round, which ever suits you best. – this is must and you must be comfortable with making the trip to this locations during the week.
  
About you:

- Team Management experience with Events
- Ability to generate revenue and ok to continue this within the role
- Strategic, Commercial and Driven
- Be different, we’re not looking for another Sales Manager
- Comfortable with the travel
