We are currently recruiting for a part-time Maths Teacher to join a nurturing and well-resourced SEMH all-through school located in Enfield (EN1).

About the School:

All-through provision catering to pupils aged 5-16 with SEMH and associated learning needs
Small class sizes with strong support staff to ensure personalised learning
Focused on emotional development, behaviour support, and academic progress
Supportive senior leadership and a collaborative working culture

The Role:

Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons across Key Stages (KS2-KS4 depending on timetable)
Work 2 days per week (days negotiable)
Differentiate teaching to meet the diverse needs of students
Foster a calm, consistent, and nurturing learning environment
Collaborate with teaching assistants and pastoral staff to provide holistic support

Candidate Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (Essential)
Experience teaching Maths (ideally within SEN/SEMH settings)
Strong behaviour management and ability to build trust with students
Compassion, patience, and adaptability in a challenging yet rewarding environment
