Location: Kingswinford
Position: Learning Support Assistant
Pay Rate: £88.94 - £100 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Short-term, long-term or ongoing placements available

About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a key part in creating a positive learning experience for every pupil. You'll provide essential one-to-one and small group support, helping children overcome learning challenges, build confidence, and make real progress in a nurturing environment.

Your work will help ensure that every child feels heard, supported, and equipped to shine.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver focused 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a variety of additional needs.

Work alongside teachers to adapt lessons and learning materials to support individual learners.

Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to monitor progress and celebrate achievements.

What We're Looking For

Experience supporting children or young people with SEND (school experience preferred but not essential).

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
