About the Role

Long Term Futures are working in partnership with an Ofsted-rated "Good" school in Derby to recruit a qualified and confident Level 3 Teaching Assistant. This role involves supporting class teachers with lesson preparation, classroom management, and pupil progress tracking. You will also provide focused support to pupils on a one-to-one or small group basis to help them reach their learning goals. This is a long-term position with the opportunity to secure a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

Support class teachers in planning lessons and preparing learning resources.
Monitor and track the academic and personal development of pupils.
Deliver tailored support to individual pupils or small groups.
Create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment.What We're Looking For

A CACHE Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning or equivalent.
Proven experience working within a primary school
Strong communication and collaboration skills with teaching staff.
