MK Search & Selection are currently working with a leading M&E contractor with a turnover of £150m and a strong national presence across sectors delivering across the pharmacuetical, life-science and data centre sectors who are looking for a mechanical construction manager to work on a £30m M&E pharma project in Hull, Yorkshire.

Reporting to a mechanical project manager, you will join from the very beginning of the install stage and be tasked with managing and motivating the specialist mechanical subcontractors to completion throughout the 2 year programme to PC.

Role/Responsibilities

* Management of subcontractor labour

* Attend site meetings

* Progress reports

* Prepare contract documents I.e. method statements, risk assessments, RFIs, etc.

* Health and safety

* Review and amend RAMS

* Snagging

* Work with the Project Manager to manage the commissioning process and handover of the project.
