Role Responsibilities:

Managing project costs, budgets, and financial reporting

Experience & Skills Required:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

Minimum 5 years’ construction experience, with solid retail project exposure

Strong understanding of construction contracts

Proficiency with cost management software
