You will be supporting individuals with a wide range of needs, including Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), neurological conditions, and dementia. The home is exceptionally well-equipped with fantastic facilities, including a sensory room, a pottery room with its own kiln, and specialised therapy equipment, all designed to enhance the quality of life for the people you support.

As a Healthcare Assistant you must:

Be over the age of 18 to apply
Have the right to work in the UK.
Be a UK resident, we are unable to offer sp0ns0rship.
Have 6 months prior experience in a healthcare setting
Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
Have a genuine passion working in the healthcare sector
The duties of a Healthcare Assistant include supporting service users in the community, assisting with hobbies and prompting personal care tasks. We aim to empower all service users to carry out everyday tasks independently.
