Senior Fire Delivery Manager - Poole

£60,000 per annum, full time Monday to Friday.

Based primarily from the office in Poole.

Day to Day:

Day to day management of a fire safety contract in domestic properties
Working on council contracts
Managing 4 Contracts Managers
Working with the rest of the senior management team to achieve excellent results.
Dealing with building safety procedures and processes

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

Fire doors level 2 qualification would be a bonus 
Excellent building safety knowledge
Experience of managing senior managers and teams
Experience of managing a large-scale maintenance contracts
Experience of working with strict processes and procedure
Good technical building knowledge & understanding
Working for client or contractor in building safety previously
Computer literate - Microsoft Office programmes,
Full Driving license
