Join our dynamic construction client in Southampton as a Asbestos Operative. This role is critical in ensuring safe and effective asbestos removal, contributing to projects that prioritize the health and safety of all stakeholders. You will be responsible for carrying out asbestos removal tasks in accordance with health and safety regulations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure that all work is completed safely and effectively, allowing us to support our clients in providing a safe working environment.

Proven experience as an Asbestos Operative, with a strong understanding of asbestos removal procedures.

Valid DBS in the last 6 months.

Relevant certifications and qualifications in Asbestos Removal (such as the Asbestos Removal License).

Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations related to asbestos handling.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work under pressure.

Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with team members, clients, and regulatory bodies.

Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and carrying equipment.
