Develop and execute graduate recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate selection and assessment.
Coordinate and oversee graduate training and development programmes.

Utilise Workday to maintain accurate recruitment and employee data records.

A successful Senior Graduate Recruiter and Programme Manager will have:

Proven experience in graduate recruitment and programme management within the financial services industry (Investment Banking, Investment Management or Asset Management) within the UK and EMEA.
Proficiency in using Workday for recruitment and HR management.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards in recruitment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
