Health & Safety Manager – £30m Office Fit Out | Cheshire

Open to Temp or Perm

We’re recruiting a Health & Safety Manager for a flagship £30m office fit-out project for a client in Cheshire. The scheme includes new-build elements, but the primary focus is a high-quality commercial office fit-out.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining a safe, compliant, and proactive working environment across the site, working closely with the delivery team and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain robust H&S procedures on site

*

Conduct regular audits, site inspections, and toolbox talks

*

Lead on incident reporting and investigations

*

Ensure RAMS and safe systems of work are in place and followed

Requirements:

*

NEBOSH Construction or equivalent

*

Experience on large-scale commercial projects (fit-out and/or new build)

*

Strong leadership and communication skills

*

Detail-oriented with a proactive, hands-on approach
