Aspire People is recruiting a Level 2 Teaching Assistant for a nurturing EYFS primary classroom in Salford.

Responsibilities:

Support children aged 3-5 with daily learning activities

Assist teachers with classroom organisation and lesson delivery

Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development

Support children during play, meals, and outdoor activities

Observe and record progress to assist planning

Requirements:

Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience

Experience working in EYFS or primary school

Patient, calm, and supportive manner

Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
