About the Role:
Construo Recruitment is working on behalf of a respected main contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors including healthcare, education, commercial, and public sector developments.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily site activities and manage subcontractors

* Ensure health & safety compliance across all operations

* Monitor project progress and report to senior management

* Coordinate materials, labour, and logistics efficiently

* Maintain quality control and site documentation

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction sector

* Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates

* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

* Ability to manage programmes and drive productivity

* Experience working on commercial or public sector projects is a plus
