Salary / Rate of pay: Up to £45,000 p.a

Are you a hands-on Maintenance Manager with hotel experience? We're looking for someone to hit the ground running and help our client maintain their hotel to the highest standards over the next 3 months.

What's on offer?

Salary £40,000 p.a to £45,000 p.a., depending on experience (Pro-Rata)
40-45 hours per week
Live-in possible if located outside of London

Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:

Leading and managing a team of 4 maintenance staff
Carrying out hands-on maintenance and repair tasks
Ensuring full statutory and legal compliance across the property
Maintaining the hotel and plant fabric within budget
Conducting regular inspections and responding to issues promptly
Coordinating with external contractors when needed

Desired qualifications & skills:

Immediately available
Proven experience in Hotel Maintenance at the Supervisory or Manager level
Strong knowledge of compliance and H&S standards
Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills
Confident team leader and communicator
