Here at Find My Staff we are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Milton Keynes , for an ongoing Cleaning Supervisor , this role is based on a shift rota of 4 on 2 off, would comply of two shifts you would need to be available for both, 6.30am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm, this contract is a 32.5 hour week paying £15 ph.

Duties:

* Supporting the line manager with the operational delivery of the Cleaning, Waste and Customer Service teams

* Motivate and monitor your team to achieve the best standard and practices

* Be involved in the rota management and stock control levels

* Ensure all work is carried out in a safe manner and in accordance to health and safety

* Work alongside HR in training and developing your team

* Be involved in training exercises and toolbox talk

What you will need:

* Experience in leading a team

* Able to deliver good customer service skills and the ability work on your own initiative

* Good computer literacy skills and competent on Microsoft Office

* Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures and extensive cleaning knowledge i.e IOSH
