About the Role
As an Early Years Practitioner (EYP), you’ll play a key role in supporting children’s development during their most formative years. Working closely with teachers and support staff, you’ll help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can flourish.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with teaching staff to deliver engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences
Support individual and small group activities to promote development
Foster positive behaviour and emotional well-being through effective strategies
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
Track and report on children’s progress and communicate with families
Work alongside external professionals to support holistic child development
Requirements
Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Qualification (Essential)
Previous experience in an early years setting
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for early childhood education
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
