Main Duties:

Support the Head of Art with curriculum design, assessment, and team development

Teach Art across KS3–KS5 with a focus on inclusive, creative engagement

Lead a year group with oversight of behaviour, progress, and wellbeing

Develop cross-curricular enrichment opportunities in the arts

*

Champion student voice and positive behaviour across your year team

The Ideal Candidate:

A skilled and committed Art teacher with strong organisational ability

Experience or interest in middle leadership, both academic and pastoral

*

Passionate about supporting students’ academic, creative, and emotional development

*

A confident communicator with a proactive, solution-focused mindset

*
