Finance Administrator (PART TIME) | Irlam | Innovative Manufacturer | Up to £25,000 pro-rata

Job Overview:

Axon Moore are delighted to be partnering with a growing & highly acquisitive Manufacturing business in Irlam who're looking for a Finance Administrator to support their Credit Control team. 

Salary: up to £25,000 FTE

Location: Irlam

Main Duties:

Processing invoices ensuring they meet legal and tax requirements in
accordance with HMRC regulations
Processing credit notes same criteria as above
Checking and processing self bills and communicating any issues to local regional
contacts
Uploading invoices in a timely manner into portals
Checking admin inboxes and dealing with queries as necessary.

Person Specification:

Excellent communicator who can liaise at
all levels
Team player who is able to quickly establish relationships
Ability to meet deadlines & deliver work in a fast paced finance environment
Open minded to flexible ways of working & able to adapt to new processes
