Customer Service Executive - Southampton - £25,000-£27,000 - Based in the office 5 days a week Monday to Friday

We are looking for a proactive, friendly, and organised Customer Service Executive to join a busy and growing manufacturing team in Southampton. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth journey from sale to delivery. The company provides specialist renewable bespoke products throughout the UK and are at the forefront of sustainability.

Customer Service Executive duties include:

Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email
Process orders and manage account info
Work with production and logistics to meet delivery deadlines
Handle complaints and resolve issues quickly
Support the sales team with quotes and updates

Experience and skills required

Customer service or sales admin experience (manufacturing a plus)
Great communication and problem-solving skills
Accurate and confident with data and systems (CRM, MS Office)
