Our client requires an experienced administrator to join their team and this role can be full time 30 hours per week over 4 days. The role is to support the wider teams with correct input of information into their systems, due to sensitive information this role requires the administrator to have a DBS check, which the organisation will process and pay for.

Key tasks

* Review and input relevant data onto various databases to meet contractual requirements

* Provide necessary reports as and when required to other departments of the business

* Process information to meet contractual deadlines

* Monitor documentation to support compliance with external stakeholder requirements

* Complete quality audit checks

* Accurate and prompt data entry

* Maintain timely and accurate records

* Accurately close and store information on records securely

* Filing and general day to day office administration duties as directed

* Ad Hoc duties as requested from management
