GO – KART TRACK MARSHAL

Daytona Tamworth is recruiting for a Go – Kart Track Marshal

HOURS: Full time and Part-time/flexible – MUST be able to work evenings and weekends as well as workdays.

LOCATION: Daytona Tamworth, Robeys Lane, Tamworth, B78 1AR

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

* Monitoring the race circuit whilst during events

* Issuing the correct flags to drivers whilst they are racing on circuit.

* Relaying information carefully and correctly back to the Race Director.

* Keeping up track appearance and safety in accordance with the company's safety standard.

* Ensuring Daytona guests have an enjoyable experience whilst providing excellent customer service throughout.

Skills and Essentials:

* The candidate must be presentable, reliable, confident liaising with guests.

* Have the drive and commitment to be successful to further develop career and skills.

* Have excellent first-class communication, people and team working skills.

* Be self-motivated and have the desire to be the best.

* Have bags of enthusiasm and the ability to have fun whilst working.

* Have the ability to work closely as a team in order to provide a safe racing environment for our guests.

* Be available to work evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays.

Experience is not necessary as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
