Working Pattern: 3-Shift Rotation (Monday to Friday), 37 Hours per Week
Reporting To: Manufacturing Lead

Key Responsibilities

Set up, program, and operate 4-axis horizontal or 5-axis milling machines for high-precision component production.
Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure product accuracy.
Monitor and adjust machinery to maintain consistent quality and performance.
Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
Inspect finished components to ensure they meet quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues to reduce downtime.
Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve processes.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in line with company policies and safety regulations. What You'll Bring

Time-served engineering background or relevant technical qualifications in CNC machining.
Strong experience with 4-axis horizontal or 5-axis milling machines.
Proven ability to work to tight tolerances and high-quality standards on precision components.
Skilled in interpreting engineering drawings and using hand tools.
Demonstrated dexterity and mechanical aptitude.
Proficiency in CNC programming, setup, and operation.
Knowledge of machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and the 5S process is an advantage
