An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Project Manager to join an established and respected building services contractor delivering a high-profile residential scheme in Southbank, Waterloo.

With an annual turnover of approximately £70 million, this contractor has built a solid reputation for delivering complex mechanical packages across London and the South East. This role offers the chance to be a key player in a dynamic and growing business.

The Role:

You will take the lead on the Shell & Core mechanical package of a prestigious residential development. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating all mechanical elements on-site from design to installation

Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams

*

Overseeing project schedules, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery

*

Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders

*

Ensuring all health and safety procedures are adhered to

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager

*

Strong background working on residential schemes (ideally large-scale or high-rise)

*

Expertise in Shell & Core packages

*

Excellent leadership and communication skills

*

Able to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders confidently
