You will help members find manageable solutions by making outbound calls, agreeing realistic repayment plans, handling inbound calls, chats, and emails, and processing messages from partner organisations. You'll also collaborate with your team to share ideas, spot trends, and improve processes while demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a customer-focused approach.

The ideal candidate enjoys helping people through challenging situations, has a background in financial services or customer support (arrears experience preferred), and can balance compassion with accountability. Strong communication skills, confidence in guiding customers toward sustainable solutions, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential.
