A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an inspirational Head of Science to lead a high-achieving department at a prestigious secondary school in Kensington & Chelsea. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader to drive academic excellence, foster a culture of scientific inquiry, and ensure outstanding progress for all students across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.

The Role

The Head of Science will:

* Provide strategic leadership and management for the entire Science department.

* Oversee curriculum design, assessment, and the quality of teaching and learning across KS3-5.

* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of highly skilled Science teachers.

* Manage departmental resources and budget effectively.

* Promote STEM engagement and extracurricular opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an exceptional Science teacher with QTS/QTLS and proven leadership experience who:

* Possesses an outstanding track record of improving student outcomes in Science.
