Leading the school’s SEND provision, ensuring statutory compliance and best practice

Coordinating support for students with EHCPs, and those at SEN Support

Working closely with teachers to differentiate learning and reduce barriers

Managing teaching assistants and overseeing training and deployment

*

Contributing to safeguarding and inclusion across the whole school

Who Should Apply:

A qualified teacher with the National SENCO Award (or working towards it)

Experience supporting young people with a range of additional needs

Skilled communicator who can lead staff and support families effectively

Organised, solution-focused, and deeply committed to inclusive education
