Key Responsibilities:

Leading the school’s SEND provision, ensuring statutory compliance and best practice

Coordinating support for students with EHCPs, and those at SEN Support

Managing teaching assistants and overseeing training and deployment

Contributing to safeguarding and inclusion across the whole school
Who Should Apply:

A qualified teacher with the National SENCO Award (or working towards it)
