Production Operative 
My client based in Shenstone are recruiting for a production operative to join their team on a fixed term contract. 
 
Duties of the production operative:
Working in a production environment operating manual and semi-automated machinery 
Loading and operating machine
Dispatching items 
Picking, packing & labelling 
Responsible for own quality checking 
Manual handling and adhering to health and safety policies 
Attention to detail 
Ability to work to targets 
Able to communicate as part of a teamThe ideal candidate for the production operative role will have previous production or factory experience
