A well-established manufacturing company is currently seeking an experienced Press Brake Setter / Operator to join their production team. The Role

As a Press Brake Setter / Operator, you will be responsible for setting and operating CNC press brakes, carrying out all sheet metal folding activities, and ensuring production targets are met efficiently and to a high standard. You will work closely with management and supervision teams to maintain quality, improve processes, and support a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Set, program, and operate CNC press brakes
Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
Produce components to specification, quality standards, and required quantities
Ensure production deadlines are achieved efficiently
Maintain high quality standards in line with company procedures
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Adhere to Health & Safety policies at all times
Identify and report inefficiencies, time overruns, or quality issues
Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency
Assist with training and development of team members where required

Requirements

Proven experience as a CNC Press Brake Setter / Operator
Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
High attention to detail and quality
Strong awareness of Health & Safety in a manufacturing environment
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
