I am currently in need of a Senior Construction Manager to work closely with Senior Project Manager on a complex Heavy Refurbishment to an existing commercial building in Victoria.

The project entails complex strengthening works to base of the building before adding multiple new levels to existing structure. Brand new facade replacement, full new MEP throughout building before fitting out to a CAT A spec.

This Senior Construction Manager will be leading everything groundwork/structural (Piling, Facade & Additional Steel Frame Floors).

Key Responsibilities:

Monitoring project progression and producing dashboards, showing actual project outputs
Producing mini programmes for site trades and site teams
Producing scope documents and supporting with BOQ for sub-contractors works
Working closely with structural engineer, architects and M & E consultants to resolve design issues
Working closely with commercial team to ensure items outside of scope are noted
Monitoring design discrepancies ensuring are raised and closed sufficiently
Management of snagging and handovers
Managing quality assurance on projectIn return you will see an all in salary from £75,000 - £90,000 + Package & Bonus. My client are also looking to start the candidate ASAP.
