Engineering Assessor

£39k - £41k DOE

Hull, Grimsby and Scunthorpe

Monday - Thursday 8:00 - 16:15 and Friday 8:00 - 16:00.

42 days annual leave (including bank holidays).

Our client is a rapidly expanding Group Training Association (GTA) with training centres in Hull, Grimsby and Scunthorpe. They provide engineering apprenticeships and adult skills training for hundreds of companies across Yorkshire and Humberside.

Our client is currently looking for a qualified Electrical/Multi Skilled Assessor to visit apprentices within their workplace and assess their progress towards their Apprenticeship Standards. It is important that all applicants demonstrate a clear commitment to the development of young people.

The successful applicant will have strong technical knowledge alongside good interpersonal skills.

The successful applicant will have:

Relevant trade qualifications (essential).

Assessor and IQA qualifications are desirable but not essential, as full support will be provided to develop the necessary skills.

The successful applicant will also need:

A full driving licence and use of their own vehicle.
