I’m recruiting on behalf of a reputable domiciliary care provider in Leicester that is looking to appoint a proactive and experienced Domiciliary Care Manager to lead their care service and support its continued growth and compliance.

The Role:
As the Domiciliary Care Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing care staff, and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations. You’ll drive service quality while building strong relationships with clients, families, and local stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop a high-quality domiciliary care service
Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of care staff
Maintain CQC compliance and support service audits
Oversee care plans, risk assessments, and client reviews
Contribute to service growth and operational improvementsRequirements:

Experience in a managerial role within domiciliary care
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
In-depth understanding of CQC standards and person-centred care
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Passionate about delivering exceptional care and supporting team developmentSalary & Benefits:

Up to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
