About the role

The Recruitment Group are hiring for an Assembly Operative. As an Assembly Operative you would be working in a manufacturing environment, attaching bolts to manufactured threads and ensuring components are assembled to the required standard. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Attaching bolts to manufactured threads accurately and efficiently.

Following assembly instructions and quality guidelines.

Carrying out visual checks to ensure product quality.

Working to daily production targets.

Maintaining a clean and safe working area.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is desirable.

Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Ability to follow instructions and work to targets.

Strong work ethic and reliability.
