Fabric Engineer – Part-Time- Temp to Perm

Are you a hands-on, reliable engineer with experience in building fabric maintenance and plumbing repairs? We're recruiting on behalf of a leading facilities services provider for a Fabric Engineer to join their team on a part-time basis (3 days a week) in Brighton.

Location: Brighton
Schedule: 3 days per week
Contract: Temp to Perm with an immediate start available 
Pay Rate- £14.50 Per Hour on a PAYE rate

Duties;

Performing reactive and planned maintenance on building fabric (doors, locks, walls, ceilings, etc.)
Handling basic plumbing repairs including leaks, blockages, and general maintenance
Supporting a range of commercial or residential properties (depending on the client)
Maintaining high standards of health & safety and reporting any issues promptlyRequirements; 

Solid experience in both building fabric and basic plumbing maintenance
A proactive, self-sufficient approach with strong problem-solving skills
