Are you a people-focused production leader with a passion for driving performance? We’re on the hunt for an experienced Team Manager to join a fast-paced manufacturing site near Ellesmere Port. This is your chance to take ownership of a high-performing team and play a vital role in delivering quality products efficiently and safely.

? What You’ll Be Doing:

* Leading a team in a high-volume manufacturing environment, ensuring KPIs and production targets are consistently met

* Running daily shift briefs, allocating tasks, and supporting team development

* Driving a culture of continuous improvement across performance, quality, and safety

* Managing absence, engagement, and overall team welfare

* Identifying and coaching talent to build capability within the team

* Challenging behaviours and decisions where needed to maintain high operational standards

* Monitoring budgets and controlling costs efficiently

? About You:

* Proven supervisory or management experience within a food or FMCG manufacturing environment

* Skilled in motivating teams and getting the best from individuals

* Strong communication and decision-making skills

* Knowledge of lean manufacturing, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement practices

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changeable environment

* A good understanding of cost control, pest control management, and food safety
