We are currently recruiting for an experienced M&E Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join a well-established facilities team based at a static corporate office site in Cardiff.

This is a Monday–Friday role offering excellent work-life balance, a stable environment, and long-term career prospects.

The Role

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a corporate office site

*

Electrical maintenance as the primary discipline

*

Supporting mechanical tasks where required (desirable but not essential)

*

Working within a professional, client-facing environment

*

Participation in a call-out rota after 6 months

What We’re Looking For

*

M&E Engineer with a strong electrical bias

*

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)

*

18th Edition qualification

*

Additional skills such as plumbing / L8 (Legionella) highly desirable

*

Experience in a commercial or corporate building environment preferred

*

Reliable, professional, and proactive approach to work

What’s On Offer

Salary: £38,000 per annum (with flexibility up to £42,000 for the right candidate)

*

Monday to Friday only

*

Flexible working hours:

7:00–4:00

*

8:00–5:00

*

9:00–6:00

*

No weekend work

*

Call-out rota after 6 months

*

Stable, static site – no travel between locations
