Work with colleagues across the London Real Estate Management team to deliver a full suite of property management services to our clients and occupiers:
* Tenant liaison and dealing with formal landlord and tenant matters such tenant applications to assign, sub-let or carry out alterations
* Liaising with building, facilities and estate managers on day-to-day maintenance, repair and operational issues.
* Setting and managing operating service charge budgets across a range of assets across London region, including high profile
* Monitoring income and managing credit control alongside dedicated accounting personnel
* Client reporting – assist in the production of monthly/quarterly reports as required and attendance at client meetings.
Knowledge and Experience
* MRICS qualified is preferred but not essential. If you are working towards qualification, you will be fully supported.
* Experienced in property management activities and in particular working with service charge budgets and being familiar with the process around this
* Ability to identify and pursue asset management and other opportunities to assist the client team
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to prioritise workloads
* Experience of working as part of a team to get the job done and deliver results
* Able to use own initiative
* Experience of property management platforms including Yardi Voyager would be an advantage but training will be given
