? £450 £550 per week

What We're Looking For:

An understanding, empathetic approach
Interest in working with students with SEND, including Autism and SEMH
Reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn
DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
Team Teach training (or willingness to attend)

Supporting student's learning and personal development both 1:1 and in classroom settings
Upholding a safe, nurturing learning environment in collaboration with teaching staff
Encouraging positive behaviour and reinforcing school values
Being a consistent, friendly presence for students who depend on stability and care
