Exciting opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Administrator or Mortgage Paraplanner to join a respected, independent financial advisory firm in Hailsham. Working closely with the business owner and senior mortgage advisor, you’ll play a key role in managing the full mortgage process from application to completion.

Role Overview

As a Mortgage Administrator, you’ll handle the end-to-end administration of mortgage and protection applications, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional client service. You’ll liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors, and advisers, maintaining clear communication and efficient case progression.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage mortgage and protection cases from submission to completion.

* Maintain compliant records in line with FCA standards.

* Prepare suitability reports, illustrations, and client documents.

* Liaise with clients, lenders, and solicitors to progress applications.

* Update CRM systems (Intelliflo, Xplan, or similar).

About You

* Experience as a Mortgage Administrator or Paraplanner in an IFA or brokerage.

* Full CeMAP qualification required.

* Strong knowledge of mortgage and protection processes.

* Excellent communication and organisation skills.

* Must live within easy reach of Hailsham.
