Due to ongoing growth, they are looking to bring in an experienced Contracts Administrator to support their contracts and commercial operations team.

The role:
Drafting, reviewing, and maintaining a variety of contracts and commercial agreements
Managing contract records and ensuring all documentation is up to date and accurate
Liaising with internal stakeholders and external clients regarding contract queries
Ensuring compliance with company procedures and relevant legal requirements
Providing administrative support to the wider contracts and commercial team
Handling incoming calls and email queries professionally and efficiently
Assisting with invoice management and debtor chasing across a defined portfolio
The candidate:
Previous experience in contract administration or a similar commercial support role
Excellent organisational skills and a strong eye for detail
Confident communicator with professional written and verbal skills
Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
Reliable, proactive, and methodical in your approach
